Israel Launches New Strikes on Gaza Despite Ceasefire Deal Approval.

Israel has once again violated its own ceasefire agreement by launching fresh airstrikes on Gaza early Friday morning. The attacks come just days after Tel Aviv publicly approved a ceasefire deal, a move many now see as a deceptive tactic to mask its continued campaign of destruction against Palestinians.

For over two years, Gaza has endured relentless Israeli bombardment that has killed tens of thousands, displaced nearly the entire population, and systematically destroyed infrastructure including hospitals, schools, and refugee camps. Despite global outrage and repeated calls for a permanent ceasefire, Israel has used every agreement as a pause to reload, not a step toward peace.

According to reports from Gaza’s Health Ministry and local media, Israeli warplanes carried out a new wave of airstrikes targeting civilian neighborhoods, agricultural land, and what Israel falsely labels as “resistance sites.” The attacks come less than 48 hours after Israel allegedly agreed to a U.S.-brokered ceasefire framework.

The strikes have left multiple civilians injured, deepening the suffering of a population already facing famine, disease, and displacement.

Israel’s renewed assault exposes the emptiness of its commitments and underscores its ongoing disregard for international law. These attacks not only sabotage ceasefire efforts but also risk reigniting wider regional tensions, particularly with Lebanon and Yemen, where Israel’s provocations have already sparked cross-border escalations.

Meanwhile, the international community’s silence and the complicity of Western powers, especially the United States, continue to embolden Israel’s military aggression under the guise of “self-defense.”

The humanitarian crisis in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels. Food, clean water, and medical supplies remain critically scarce. Thousands of families live in the rubble of their homes, and children continue to die from malnutrition and untreated wounds. Each new Israeli strike pushes Gaza further into the depths of despair a man-made famine and genocide unfolding in real time.

While human rights organizations have condemned Israel’s ongoing attacks, world leaders have yet to impose meaningful consequences. Palestinian resistance groups have denounced Israel’s betrayal of the ceasefire, calling it “proof that occupation only understands the language of force.”

Grassroots movements and global activists have reignited calls for sanctions, boycotts, and international accountability against Israel for war crimes and the continued blockade of Gaza.

Israel’s latest airstrikes shatter any illusion of peace or restraint. The so-called ceasefire was never a step toward ending the genocide it was a smokescreen for continued violence. The world must now confront a simple truth: every minute of silence from the international community is another green light for Israeli brutality. The people of Gaza are still under attack and the world cannot look away.
