An Israeli occupation drone strike targeted a vehicle near the Islamic University and Al-Aqsa University in western Gaza City, killing one Palestinian and injuring several others. The force of the explosion left the victim’s body torn apart, with recovery teams collecting the remains from the scene. The victim was identified as Khalil Manna’.

The strike occurred in an area near two major educational institutions in western Gaza City, where emergency responders rushed to evacuate the wounded and recover the victim. Images from the aftermath showed extensive damage around the targeted vehicle.

Witnesses reported that the drone-fired missile struck without warning, causing panic among civilians in the surrounding area. Medical teams transported the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment as rescue crews secured the site.

The attack comes amid continued Israeli occupation military operations across the Gaza Strip, where airstrikes and drone attacks have repeatedly struck densely populated urban areas. Civilian infrastructure and residential neighborhoods have continued to bear the impact of the genocide.

The killing of Khalil Manna’ adds to the growing toll of casualties in Gaza, where repeated strikes have left communities facing widespread destruction, displacement, and an increasingly severe humanitarian crisis.

The latest strike underscores the continuing intensity of military operations in Gaza City, as civilians remain caught in the genocide and emergency services struggle to respond to repeated attacks across the territory.
